1. Melting and casting equipment and process
It has a complete set of imported melting and casting equipment and technology. The oxygen-free copper melting and casting furnace unit imported from the United States has an annual output of 15000 tons of oxygen-free copper ingots, an oxygen content of less than 10ppm, a maximum thickness of 290mm, a maximum width of 1310m, a maximum length of 5500m and a maximum ingot of 10 tons.

2. Melting and casting equipment and process
● German-made reversible plate cold and hot secondary rolling mill is adopted, which can produce plates with a thickness of 3-150mm, a maximum width of 3.2m, and a single plate weight of 7.5 tons with an annual production capacity of 20000 tons.
● Advantages: uniform product organization, small grain size, to achieve the safe conversion of casting organization to rolling organization.
3. Deep hole drilling machine
The advanced deep hole drilling machine designed and manufactured to drill deep holes adopts numerical control technology, the channel is straight and accurate, the error per meter is not more than 1mm, the drilling depth is 400mm, and the drilling range is 22-Ф 60mm.
