Enterprises are established because there is a market. Without a market, enterprises have no room for survival. Therefore, all behaviors of enterprises should be market-centered;

The structure, system, process settings of the enterprise, as well as the behavior of the employees of the enterprise should be based on whether it is conducive to market operation as our criteria for judging their merits. When contradictions and conflicts arise in the work, we should tend to give priority to meeting the needs of the market or customers;

To give priority to and meet the market demand, we should have specific measures, and the measures should be set in advance as far as possible. Although there are occasional special measures, too many special measures indicate that the original settings are not really market-centered, which will bring about management chaos and, on the other hand, bring about a crisis of survival for enterprises.

Simple, quantitative, clear responsibility and power

Management work must be efficient, low-cost, easy to remember, and easy to execute, it can only be simple-this is our criterion for judging whether we are effective when setting systems and processes.

Energized work and authority must be issued with quantitative indicators in order to be operable and assessed. Without quantification, it is tantamount to laissez-faire, and it is difficult to operate, monitor and evaluate effectively.

The functions performed by each position, the responsibilities and obligations to be undertaken, and the corresponding rights to be given should be clearly issued in writing in terms that will not be ambiguous, and should be explained to me and informed to relevant personnel. Only in this way can the implementers perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

  Honest, win-win, empathy

Departments, colleagues, superiors and subordinates, partners and customers should be honest with each other, because only honesty can we achieve mutual trust. It is impossible to have long-term friendship and cooperation by playing tricks for a while.

Working together or cooperating, the satisfactory effect is a win-win situation. In cooperation and benefit distribution, if only one party makes a profit or unfair distribution, the other party's psychology will not be balanced, then there will be sequelae, it will be difficult to continue to cooperate and work together, and they will not be happy with each other.

How to make the other party feel fair and easy to accept? The appropriate way is to put yourself in the other party's position and consider the problem. If you can't accept it yourself, the other party will do the same.

Honesty, win-win, and empathy are not only a criterion for getting along, but also a way of doing things or thinking. We need time to create and develop habits.
